DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION :
- Attested Xerox of Birth Certificate*.
- Attested Xerox of student’s Aadhar Card. (If student have Aadhar)
- Parent’s Aadhar cards *.
- Student’s Blood Certificate *.
- 2 Passport size photograph’s of Student *.
- 2 Joint photograph’s of student with parent’s *.
- Original Transfer Certificate (if applicable).
- Required admission fees should be deposited within Fifteen days of selection, failing the seat which will be allotted to the next candidate in the waiting list **.
- Names of the parents and candidates should be entered in the admission form according to the original birth certificate of the candidates **.
